I can't see my tokens in AlphaWallet!

 

There are now over 4,0000+ tokens and many more being minted with new projects being launched everyday. So while we list the most popular tokens, we will save your thumbs from scrolling through! Instead we allow you to add your own custom tokens ERC20 and EC721s. 

 

These steps become intuitive once you go through this process once. 

 

To see your tokens, follow these steps: 

 

1. Open Alphawallet

2. tap Wallet

3. tap Add/Hide Tokens (top right hand corner)

4. tap (+) Blue Button (top right hand corner) 

5. to add Custom Token, insert the Contract Address. *

6. make sure you're on the right network - tap [Ethereum] drop down menu at the top, and add the network [xDai, Polygon, BSC, etc]

7. tap Save (green button)

 

How do I find the token contract address ?

You can copy/paste the 0x token smart contract address from the token issuer, or you can find it here on a block explorer* if you want to double check the token.

Some popular Block Explorers* so you can quickly check:

• Etherscan (Ethereum)
• Blockscout (xDai)
• PolygonScan (Polygon /matic)
• BSCScan (Binance Smart Chain)

Note! 

Just because you can't see the token in your wallet, does not mean that your tokens have disappeared! It just means you have not enabled it to display.  The transaction (and your tokens) will remain on the block regardless.
