If you see that your balance is not reflected correctly, make sure that the pending transactions are processed and that you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try the following steps to refresh the token balance:
1) Go to Settings - > Advanced and select Reload Token Data. Confirm. Give the wallet several seconds to reload.
2) If the problem persist after a minute, delete the token and re-add it to the wallet:
- Find out the contract address of the token with wrong balance from Etherscan
- Go to the wallet tab on AlphaWallet app
- Swipe the token with wrong balance
- Tap on the red icon to hide/delete the token
- Go to the wallet tab and tap + button on top right corner
- Paste the CONTRACT ADDRESS of the token into the field
- Tap Done
